Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from marks or fragrance, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

To start a return, email prettyflicks@gmail.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items marked “Final Sale” and gift cards cannot be returned.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos.
